Vendor links are temporarily offline while we review our referral and linking policies. Listings remain for price transparency.
These figures are what pepmg still publishes about price: the floor, the middle, the spread and how many sources we track, computed from listings we captured first-party and refreshed on the same schedule as always. We no longer publish the individual listings or the sellers behind them.
These are the compound combinations vendors actually sell together as blends — ranked by how many vendors
offer each — with the cheapest, most COA-backed way to buy the whole thing in one order. It's a price
comparison of what's on the market, and it always shows whether the pre-made blend or buying the vials separately
is the better value.
This is a market observation, not a recommendation and not evidence anything works together. pepmg doesn't
build stacks or protocols and doesn't tell anyone to combine compounds — whether to combine anything is a medical
decision we don't make. Everything here is sold for research use only. Prices refresh daily; confirm on the vendor's site.
Read the research first:
Ipamorelin · Sermorelin — each page has the peer-reviewed studies + regulatory status.
"Sold together by N vendors" counts distinct first-party vendors offering that combination as a blend in our latest
scan. "Best value" compares the cheapest pre-made blend against buying each compound as a separate vial from a single
vendor (one cart), and shows the cheaper. We rank on price only — no vendor pays for placement.
All products listed are sold by third-party vendors for laboratory and research use only (RUO). Where an FDA label or a peer-reviewed study has published a dose, pepmg reports it with the source named, because that is safer than guessing. It is a report, not medical advice and not a recommendation to use anything. pepmg sells nothing and ships nothing. Listings are price-tracking data, not endorsements.
