I build websites, and the thing I genuinely love is taking scattered, messy data and pulling it into one place where I can actually see it, where it clicks instantly and just makes sense. The other thing I care about, probably more than is normal, is transparency. I trust a company far more when it just tells me straight how things work, and I wanted this to feel like that. So when I got interested in the research peptide space, I had two simple questions and couldn't get a straight answer to either one. Every "best vendor" list and ranking I found either turned out to be pay-to-play, or it was out of date, running on prices and sources nobody had touched in months. The names at the top were usually the ones who paid to be there or had the affiliate deal, not the ones with the best price or the best track record. It is common in this space for the biggest "review" and aggregator sites to be quietly tied to the very vendors they rank first, sometimes even owning them. Once you notice that, you stop trusting the rankings.

So I started researching to answer that question for myself. The more I dug, the more data I pulled together, and at some point the research had turned into this website.

So I built the tool I wanted to exist.

pepmg is a price-per-milligram index for research peptides. It reads prices straight from each vendor's own store, converts everything to cost per milligram so you can compare like for like, and stamps every number with when and where we captured it. The list is sorted by one thing, the math. A vendor cannot pay to move up. There are zero paid placements, and there always will be.

Really, the whole site does two things. It shows you the cheapest option, and it shows you the most trustworthy one. Cheapest is pure math, the lowest cost per milligram. Most trustworthy is what I call best value by trust, the best price among the vendors that actually publish their third-party lab results. Those were the two answers I wanted, so those are the two the site hands you, side by side. Affiliate vendors show up in here too, ranked by the exact same math as everyone else, with no boost and no penalty, and always clearly labeled. If one is genuinely the cheapest, the math puts it first. If it isn't, it doesn't. Nothing about the order depends on who pays me.

Honesty isn't a marketing angle for me, it is closer to a habit. I also build and run an independent internet fact-checking tool, so caring about what is actually true, and being able to show my work, is something I already do every day.

Running this isn't free. When a vendor offers an affiliate link or a coupon, I use it to help cover the costs, and I hope you'll use those to keep the site afloat. If a link ever earns a commission, it is labeled right on that row, and it never moves the ranking or changes your price. Here is exactly how it works, because it is the whole point:

I'll be straight with you about one thing I'm still working out: the perfect way to present the affiliate links. I don't have it figured out yet, and I'm not going to pretend I do. They pay for the servers, so they need to exist. What I am sure about is where they don't belong. They never sit at the top, they never move the ranking, and they are always labeled as affiliate right on the row. When I find a cleaner way to handle them, I'll change it out in the open.

Trust here isn't a star rating I made up, and it isn't for sale. A lot of aggregator sites rank by who pays them. pepmg doesn't. Trust here is mechanical, and you can check all of it yourself:

• Every price has a receipt — the figure, the time we pulled it, and a link to the source.
• First-party only. We capture prices ourselves, never copy a stale feed.
• We track whether each vendor publishes real third-party lab results, and show it next to the price.
• The whole dataset is open — read it as a public feed and check our work. It refreshes daily.

On each compound we point you to two things: the cheapest option, and the best value by trust, the best price among the vendors that actually publish their lab results. That second one is the answer I was really after.

I would genuinely rather hear from you than not. Corrections get priority, because the index only works if it's right. A few good reasons to reach out:

I'll say it plainly. I believe pepmg is the best portal on the internet for researching peptide prices and vendor trust. That is a big claim, and I would rather be challenged on it than coast on it. So if you think you know a site that does this better, send it to me and tell me why you believe it beats what I built here. I'll take an honest look, and I will do everything I can to compete. If they are doing something right that I'm not, I genuinely want to know.
